Becky has been working with children, families, and adults for over 25 years. She works with her clients to address depression, anxiety, stress, transitions, and relationships. She's has a special interest in parenting issues and working with families. Her work with children incorporates the whole family in the treatment process. She enjoys helping people improve their relationships by improving communication skills so they can build deep connections with each other. She is also particularly skilled at helping children improve their self-confidence and develop skills necessary to build healthy friendships. Becky teaches her clients how to use various stress management tools to help people develop skills to cope with anxiety and pressure related to school, work, and home life. Becky uses a family systems lens in her approach to therapy. Her treatment plans incorporation interventions from Family Systems Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, as well as cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused modalities
